On Monday, February 20, 2023, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's son Vayu turned six months old. To celebrate, the couple had a special cake made just for him!
After welcoming their first child, a newborn boy named Vayu, on August 20, 2022, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja embraced parenting the previous year. On the occasion of their son Vayu's six-month birthday, Sonam shared a heartfelt post, referring to him as her "biggest blessing." She shared a photo of them together as well as a different video in which him can be seen attempting to stand and crawl. Now that Vayu is six months old, it appears that Sonam and Anand are prepared to celebrate. They even had a special cake made for the occasion.
Sonam Kapoor shared a photo of the cake from Vayu's 6-month birthday party on her Instagram account. The "half-birthday" cake was semi-circular and had teddy bear figurines on either side of a blue crown on top. Happy 1/2 birthday Vayu is written at the bottom of the adorable cake, which has the word "1/2" written on one side. Sonam Kapoor commented on the photo, "Best birthday cakes in town." Sonam Kapoor shows a glimpse of the chocolate popsicles adjacent to Vayu's birthday cake in another tale.
In the meantime, Sonam can be seen sitting on the ground and holding baby Vayu in her arms in the photo she posted on Instagram. Vayu is adorable in a beige onesie and is seen playing with toys on the floor while Sonam is dressed in yellow and white striped pyjamas. sharing the image and a video of the boy's attempts to crawl, Sonam wrote, “6 months of my Vayu. Anand Ahuja remarked, “pajama partyyyyyyy,” while Bipasha Basu wrote, “Awwww God bless the cutie.” Sonam’s sister Rhea commented, “Masis boy,” while Anil Kapoor dropped heart emojis on Sonam’s post.
